Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
Welcome to PySpark.in. By accessing or using https://pyspark.in (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
PySpark.in provides free educational content, an online code compiler, coding challenges, blogs and certifications for learning Data Engineering, Apache Spark, SQL, Python and AI. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial learning. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, run abusive workloads on the compiler, scrape at scale, or bypass rate limits and security controls.
2. Accounts
Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. User-Submitted Content
Code you run or submit, and comments you post, remain yours, but you grant us a licence to store and process them to operate the Service (e.g. grading submissions, showing discussions). Do not post unlawful, abusive or infringing content.
4. Payments
Certain optional features (for example, unlocking a reference solution) may require a one-time payment processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, payments for digital content delivered immediately are non-refundable.
5. Certificates
Certificates issued on passing our practice exams recognise completion of an online assessment on this platform. They are not accredited qualifications and are independent of any third-party certification body.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, its content, branding and design are owned by PySpark.in or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or redistribute substantial portions without permission.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Educational content is for learning purposes and may contain errors. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PySpark.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
